The Aspinquid Online Reservations & Policies:

  • Our accommodations limit four persons to a unit and six persons to an apartment. All accommodations include cable TV, individual heat and air conditioning, phones and full private bath.
  • A four night minimum reservation is required for high season (June 27th - Sept. 1st) & three night minimum for holiday weekends
  • Exclusive use of all Aspinquid facilities and parking restricted to registered guests only. Facilities include heated swimming pool, sauna bath, and free, lighted tennis court. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, FAX and copy service available. A reception room is available for group functions at a nominal rental fee.
  • ALL RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF STAY.

  • In order to guarantee your accommodations during the open season, a three day deposit per week is required.  Payable in full upon arrival.  The deposit must be received no later than ten days from the date reservations were made. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit after the time limit. 

  • In the event you must cancel your entire reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge provided written notification of cancellation is received at our office 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is no refund of deposit if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given.
  • Your deposit is applied to the total number of days in your reservation. Since space is booked exactly for arrival and departure date, you are responsible for your room until the last day of your booking. Any changes in your arrival or departure dates will incur a $50 charge. No refunds are given for early departures.
  • Cash, traveler checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Balance of reservation due upon arrival. Personal checks accepted for advanced deposits only. No personal checks accepted at check-in.
  • Sorry, No Pets Accepted.
